As a Costume Designer, she created iconic looks for Scream, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Grey’s Anatomy, Medium, Private Practice, and Ringer, among others. Her work in entertainment shaped the visual storytelling of an era, inspiring fans and pop culture alike.

Cynthia has since evolved into a creative strategist, marketing leader, and brand storyteller. Today, she channels her passion for visual and narrative impact into helping brands and organizations craft compelling identities, connect with audiences, and build lasting influence.

She took a bold leap at the height of her success in film and television production—transitioning from behind the camera to the forefront of brand storytelling, marketing, and creative direction.

Currently serving as the Managing Director of a performing arts center in the San Francisco Bay Area, Cynthia leverages her leadership, marketing, and business development acumen to drive growth and community impact.
